Gina Strafford-Ahmed is the Administrator of Intake and Referral and the CSBG Coordinator for DuPage County Department of Community Services in Wheaton, Illinois. She has over twenty five years of experience in Community Action. She is a Certified Community Action Professional (CCAP), Nationally Certified ROMA (Results Oriented Management and Accountability) trainer, Certified Public Manager (CPM), and a Certified Referral Specialist (CRS). She serves on two statewide boards: Illinois Ventures in Community Action, Board Chair; and Inform Illinois, Board Member. She also is the Board Member for Inform USA and Parent's Alliance Employment Project organization. She graduated with a B.A. in Public Administration from Augustana College, Rock Island, Illinois.

Susan Wilson has been the C.E.F.S. Adult Literacy and Education Resource Coordinator since 2011. She is president of the Community Area Service Providers and an active member of the Effingham Chamber of Commerce. Susan is a nationally-certified ROMA Trainer and Implementer. She and her husband own a small fruit and vegetable farm in southern Illinois.
