Karmashia McDuffie is the CEO of KGM Consulting, INC and currently works as the Community Service Block Grant Program Director for WAGES Inc., She has been employed with WAGES for over 18 years. She has served in several roles/ capacities ranging from Wayne County First Steps Intensive Social Worker, Family Social Worker, Parent Involvement Coordinator, and Family Services Coordinator to the CSBG Program Director. She also serves as a Health and Human Service Advocate, Certified (ROMA) Results Orientated Management Accountability Trainer, (CCAP) Certified Community Action Professional, Community Volunteer, and Council Member to many Advisory Boards. She has obtained a (MBA) Masters of Business Administration and (MSA) Masters of Science in Administration in Organizational Management and Development. She is currently pursuing her (DBA) Doctoral Business of Administration; she has completed all the course work and currently in the proposal stage to defend her dissertation topic. She is also employed by Barton College, located in Wilson , NC as a Adjunct Professor. She strives daily to make a difference as a Head Start child who attended Benton Head Start in Benton, Louisiana; her foundation was developed to serve as an advocate for the economically disadvantaged families.
