Jeri has served as the Director of Human Resources for HopeSource in Ellensburg, WA since 2007. She is a trainer in CASTLE cultural leadership, holds a degree in Business and HR from Washington State University, a Masters Certificate in Human Resources from Villanova University and PHR Certification in Human Resources through SHRM. Prior to HopeSource she worked in the import/export industry in the Japanese market.

Brandy Marsh has been with SNAP, a Community Action Agency in Spokane, Washington, as the Reports and Outcomes Management Coordinator for over 12 years. She has been with SNAP an additional 3 years in other roles. Brandy holds a BA in Psychology from Gonzaga University. She is currently working toward getting her Masters in Data Analytics. Prior to SNAP, she worked with students at Gonzaga University in Spokane through the Disability Resource office to ensure equal access to education. Brandy currently serves as a member of the Community Health Assessment Board of Spokane and is a Nationally Certified ROMA Trainer. She enjoys reading and spending time with family in her spare time.

I am a program coordinator with Clark County Community Services’ Community Action, Housing and Development unit. I manage approximately 20 contracts each year, working to provide capital improvement projects in low/moderate income neighborhoods, affordable housing resources, anti-poverty programs and homeless services to the community.
