Kelly Wessels is the Executive Director of Community Action Partnership Natrona County (CAPNC), bringing her experience in human services and development for 27 years. Her focus includes strategic planning and implementation, Organization Standards and all things related to CSBG. The agency thrives by utilizing the ROMA principles to create innovative practices for more effective direct services from staff and volunteers. She is certified to train on a variety of subjects including ROMA, Critical Time Intervention; Diversity Equity & Inclusion; Conflict Resolution and several other practices related to developing human service professionals.
