Click for More Info Cohorts for Trainer CandidatesTitle: 24 06 and 07 - NCRT Phase II Date: 04/01/24 - 12/15/24 Location: virtual Description: Phase I e-course must be completed prior to Phase II. This is done independently. GROUP SESSION: Phase II for NCRT Candidates consists of TWO SETS OF WEBINARS - each set is three-3.0 hour sessions. Phase II Part 1 is scheduled for June 17, 19, 21, 2024 - 1:00 to 4:00 Eastern Time each day. This is the time when the delivery of the curriculum is demonstrated using a virtual format. Phase II Part 2 is scheduled for July 29, 30, 31, 2024 - 1:00 to 4:00 Eastern Time each day. During Part 2 the NCRT Candidates will present the curriculum material. Candidates will be in groups of 2 or 3, each group working together to provide the training for one of dates in Phase 2. Candidates must fully participate in both parts of Phase II. Phases III and IV are done independently. During Phase III, NCRT Candidates practice with peers in opportunities scheduled in partnership with their Community Action Association. During Phase IV, NCRT Candidates are observed, scored and recommended for certification if appropriate. Phases III and IV will be scheduled by the candidate to be completed by December 15, 2024.
